At the end of your stay with us, the villa manager will automatically add a 10% gratuity (based on the regular villa rental rate) onto your final bill, along with any other incidental expenses or excursion costs you may have charged. The gratuity will be equitably distributed to all of the staff, even ones you might not have seen, who were taking care of the villa for you.
