If another client can be booked for the rental period then a credit of 80% of the total rental fee will be given towards a future booking to be used within one calendar year of the original booking date.

While every reasonable effort is made to secure another client, if no client can be found for the reserved rental period then no refund will be paid.

In the event that the Villa cannot be rented to the client during the originally booked date due to unforseen events, such as natural disasters or other events making the villa uninhabitable, then 100% of the rental fee will be returned to the client.
